Being able and daring to be yourself is important to Yvonne. Everyone has the same rights—human or animal—we are all equal. Her artworks are colorful, often featuring visible, thick layers of paint, and usually depict women and/or animals as the main subjects. The irony of money, status, and wealth—contrasted with the courage to be 100% yourself—is often incorporated into her artworks in the form of text and symbols.

Techniques: Acrylic paint, spray paint, markers, and ink are used in various combinations and sequences on linen or cotton.
