Kim Heesakkers

After completing her studies at Sint Lucas in Boxtel, Kim Heesakkers began working as a graphic designer. She soon felt constrained by the limitations of working on commission. So, alongside her job, she began creating more of her own work, and since mid-2007, she has been able to call herself an artist.

Through her extensive work with imagery, she has developed her own sense of color and atmosphere. The prints are created on the computer, primarily using her own photography. This fusion of elements forms a cohesive whole.

This image is printed on high-quality paper using a high-end printer with pigment inks. It is a challenge to continually discover new details within an image. Through color, atmosphere, and format, impressive prints are created.
