About Paul van den Heijden
Paul van den Heijden is a contemporary artist whose artistic journey has been shaped by a deep longing for expression and freedom. For twelve years, he took intensive art classes with Ricky Burnett, where he focused on realistic oil painting. This period laid a solid technical foundation for his work, and Paul speaks with great gratitude about Burnett’s guidance. After the COVID pandemic, Paul noticed that his inspiration was waning.
